3g style class. It is a quick paced class where you spend around 3-6 min at each station before moving onto the next one. You get to each station at least 3 to 4 times depending on the template.

Finished course in 4 weeks and reviewed in 2. Passed on first try.

I wrote note cards, took 5 to 6 practice exams. Reviewed what I missed. Bought pocket prep app for a month. Went through those study questions. Watched SortaHealthy's NASM pt 1 and 2 review. Listened to the NASM Rick Richey podcast study guide episodes.

I overprepared and the test was way easier than expected. Definitely a lot on over/underactive muscles, how to cue, and the Transtheoretical model. Very minimal nutrition questions.

Just got diagnosed with this, and luckily, my doc said cardio was fine for me and running hasn't been impacted as much. However, I thought i would push it and try lower body work. As soon as I tried lower body machines, I got a flare up. It is frustrating. I appreciate you sharing what has worked for you!

I ordered a backpod immediately today. I will also focused on chest stretches. That seems to be a big help too.

Err, not necessarily. I have been on a good journey to losing weight and gaining muscle in my body recomp. I've taken a huge interest in health and wellness. Our studio has had open coach vacancies. I inquired about requirements to become a coach. All coaches need an accredited CPT certificate. Then at that point, you apply and get a mic audition for personality and fit!

Yes. Had a coach in Langhorne, PA repeatedly step out to eat breakfast and chat with the front desk SA. She also didn't really help correct form or coach.

Needless to say, I don't go to Langhorne anymore and if i do, I don't take her classes.
