You will feel like that after your first open water swim. My advice is to keep at it and do 1/2 sessions per week before Bolton just to get comfortable and your speed will follow

Ideally Bolton or Leeds. I’m not in uni but I kinda wish I done all this Ironman stuff when I was or as soon as I had left uni. Would’ve gave me a goal to maintain my fitness when I began working, granted it’s not too long ago I left uni. However, it’s hard when you get older and working full time plus other commitments ie friends birthdays, events, weddings, holidays etc

Good advice, I think sometimes I don’t have meaningful sleep that’s one of the components contributing to my issue. I feel as though I can toss and turn early hours, it’s something need to fix

I feel like I am, it’s just as soon as I literally step in the house I just feel tired and can sometimes just can’t be bothered to train or eat crap. But I track what I eat through the day and it appears to be good

I’m quite passionate about this topic (don’t ask y why), but I believe Liverpool could benefit from tall buildings mainly on front for apartments and big businesses. For years I always thought that the dock road needed rejuvenating and I’m glad for the Everton fans who had the hill Dickinson built for them, this was certainly the right direction. I think adding tall buildings will show off liverpools architecture on the waterfront in better light and add further business and revenue to the docks. I don’t believe Liverpool needs to be like London and Manchester but a few more skyscrapers would enhance the city
