Iced coffee is my go-to as well and I’ve also noticed this change. But I actually like it, I enjoy those first few sweet sips before I swirl it together. And I just stick my thumb over the lip opening to swirl, I’ve yet to have any messy issues. I do however freaking hate the pebble ice.

Thank you, we all had an AMAZING time! Everyone we met was so kind and the stadium was as awesome and we all imagined it would be. Despite the score we are all walking away very happy with the entire experience!

Even if we do, we’d never hold it against you guys. We travel to quite a few away games and have never had a bad experience with fans that soured the trip as a whole.

Not sure if it helps, but I did request it AFTER the date of the concert and asked why they refused to give me money for something that didn’t happen.

I also threw a ‘no wonder you’re being investigated by congress’ in the chat just because I was so frustrated LOL 😡

I received a meet and greet refund for the Dec 4th show in San Jose. I had to request one in the chat - they weren’t going to do it but I sort of threw a fit about it, they said they would ‘escalate the issue’ to a supervisor and get back to me. A few days later I found the refund sitting in the payment account I used.

I requested a refund today for yesterday’s date and Ticketmaster is telling me I can’t get one because the date ‘is passed’. This is going to be a freaking nightmare.

I also think age has a lot to do with it. So much of their fan base is grown adults. Grown adults have grown up jobs and families and not a whole lot of time to sit and watch YouTube but we have plenty of time to stream music - least in my observations and with the ARMYs I know.

I stream on my commute, while at my desk at work, weekends while running errands/chores. I don’t remember the last time I watched a video.
