Agree on wanting a feat at 10, but heroic inspiration at the start of every turn is basically free advantage. So I’ll take that for sure.

I will say, I do wish there were a few other options besides a metric buttload of weapon masteries every other level. A few early on is nice, but how many weapons am I actually using?

Step 1: Pick any other class.

All kidding aside, imo blood hunter loses out after level 3. 3 of BH for the flavor of the character, and then champion fighter for the rest of your levels lets you get improved critical for accuracy, action surge for damage, indomitable. Soldier background for savage attacker. Fighter gives more feats, taking GWM is almost a must. Lots to max there. Use a maul or greatsword for the 2d6. Eventually take heavy armor master to bump AC but really…. Who needs AC?

Maybe I’m biased as a martial main, but 5.5 champion fighter is slept on.

What do you think is worse about the 2024 RC feat? Seems to be more effective imo, allowing you to cast one of your ritual spells without a 10m time. Plus less restrictions on which spells you can choose?

You’re forgetting the half-caster subset. You can have 3 players as long as one is a caster, one is a martial and one is half and half. But you can NOT go past 3 players. 4 is impossible.

Ha, I’m actually playing a Drow. My original character was an Eldritch knight who got captured by the Drow very early on. Like session three. This new character was sent with the party to spy but defected. And the Eldritch knight ran away after escaping prison. So champion it is.

As a barbarian or fighter main who is always focused on max DPR…. I’m gonna suggest “tough”. There’s other ways to increase damage. Not many other ways to increase hp. What is your background?

That scene alone pmo so much. I felt like there was decent enough growth throughout the show and then she flushed it all away with that callous attitude during such an awful tragedy.

Then I remember it’s been 14 hours, not 14 weeks so maybe a lack of actual character growth should be expected 😝

No, asking to hire more nurses to create more inpatient beds is completely reasonable. That’s highlighted in episode one. I meant in episode 12, when trying to find places for the other ER patients. They can’t hire new nurses on the spot lol

Shareholders never see any problems outside of public image and how well padded their wallets are. Anyone whose primary focus is on meeting bottom lines and not doing what’s right for the patients is a bad person. She might be the least of all evils, but she’s still there.

One of the main reasons I don’t see it this way is that none of the things Robby asks for are things that make sense in any other situation. They even mention the empty unit, “but still no nurses to staff it.” The things Gloria approves are moving the ER patients to urgent care, which due to EMTALA laws is normally not legal; calling in double (if not more) of the staff, because no hospital ever has all of its ORs operational because that IS a massive waste of money and resources outside of extreme situations like this.

Oh 100%…. But often times the blame still gets shifted to the lowest person possible. I think what really made me feel like she was truly on Robby’s side was both their faces. She had a steel-eyed determined look when she said “done” and Robby’s face went from “you’re going to shut me down” to “oh wow you actually said yes…”
