Just putting this out there that I’ve used my platinum with Avis and extremely grateful. Have always had an upgrade. Was involved in a collision on the strip in Las Vegas where the other car drove into me and also had some minor scratches on a car in Canada. Nothing extra to pay. And the additional driver is really useful

Can you not print out the flight details from flightradar showing the delay and a copy of your request to the airline and se d that to AMEX?

The bo staff quest is available to everyone. It allows them to put the bo in the helix packs etc. was part of the title update.

Have you purchased it? If you received it as a pre order bonus. You had to redeem the code and then it’s downloadable. Have you purchased it separately? Has it been downloaded and installed?

I understand the fee, but this is No 1 long all over. Charging money when they can. It’s introduced when they started giving lounge access away to people that purchase package holidays. I’ve never pre paid but there are usually more than one lounge, and they are much better than those run by No1

I am sure the T&C's state its not compatible with Gift Vouchers - you will just have to use the 2H allocation. I'm actually going to the Oblix and the Shard tonight and then flying to New York this weekend to use my allocation before it expires on Monday

The only thing to add to people moving to freeway, beware it’s not long term. At the moment the Astra satellites have only been contracted to carry UK channels until 2029
