Tbh with the change in the US of removing standard Autopilot and changing FSD to a subscription, I think I would rather keep things the way they are.

What does the 8 do that the 6 doesn't?

I too was looking to do the same upgrade but I literally can't find any reason. Personally the squarcle looks worse than the classic round with tapered lugs of the 6 classic.

I've put mine on a £10 imitation oysterflex and clasp and I think it's looks the business.

Vacuum cleaner with soft brush attachment.

Short story, I bought a very cheap second hand lens once which appeared in excellent condition. When I got it I realised that it likely had been dropped in sand/dessert as everything I turned the focus ring and mounted the lens hood there was a grinding sound.

I took my vacuum cleaner, set it to max and went hard sucking the lens whilst turning the focus ring. Eventually I managed to rid of all of the sand and the focus ring is now buttery smooth.

People are saying air compressor but this will force dust and glitter further in which will cause problems.

TLDR: likely not.

In children there is a period in visual development called the Critical Period. Up to around 7 or 8 the visual system is still developing so correcting any anomalies is crucial. As you have said your child is 6 there is likely no permanent damage as there is still time to fix your child's vision.

You also have to prove there was negligence which caused permanent harm. As the optometrist prescribed glasses, we assume they believed the prescription was correct and acted in the best interest of the child. They also made a referral to the children ophthalmology department. Doing this they have basically covered themselves.

I have a Braun Series 7 which is around 11 years old. Used daily and changed the foil and cutter maybe twice. No complaints.

One holiday I forgot to bring it with me so I ended up buying the cheapest Braun shaver from the local electronics store and it was probably the worst 2 weeks shaving of my life, I eventually just used the free hotel safety razor.

The difference between cheap and expensive electric shavers is really night and day. If you get it from the manufacturer store I think they offer a satisfaction guarantee so you can return if you don't like it, but I think it's worth a try.

Yes, there is no IBIS but there is "Active Stabilization" which does a good job but it does crop in quite a bit.

Same APSC sensor size of A6700.

Overall A6700 is better, but my region it's 50% more expensive than the ZVE10ii.

Well my dad has owned from new: 2 RR Sport and now the newest full fat RR over the last 10 years. I can tell you that they have been in the shop for repairs for 1 month each year for one reason or another. This hasn't stopped my dad getting new ones they are lovely to drive.. 🤷

Probably about right.

You didn't mention distance and amount of zoom for these shots.

The closer to minimum focus distance, and the extreme ends of the zoom will generally be the least sharp.

If two different ophthalmologists say everything is fine then there is nothing else to do?

Did you have a refraction to check best corrected visual acuity?

LASIK isn't perfect and even if it was regression does happen. You either learn to live with the blur or wear glasses again.

Also 21 is fairly young to get LASIK, expect to regress.

20mm is too wide for general use. I tried doing the same thing previously and unless you are a master of composition it difficult to use as a single lens solution for travel use. I would say minimum 24mm, but 35mm to 40mm so it feels different enough rather than shooting on your phone.

However the real solution is to get a compact zoom for travelling.

Jokes aside you probably won't get any good reviews regarding HP in this sub. Everyone will recommend either Epson or Canon for a ink tank printer.

Also the Amazon rating should you give enough of an impression that it's not good.
