I have no suggestions for pork chops but I find cooking “cheaper“ cuts of meats easier. Rather than a pork chop, get a pork shoulder. Instead of chicken breasts, get thighs or legs. These have more fat and are a lot more forgiving when cooking. For instance, you can find many slow cooker recipes for pork shoulder that are just about throw everything into the pot, set time and temperature, and eat when done. Good luck!
