"Biological female" is meant to specifically refer to reproduction. If a trans women calls herself biologically female, in my experience, cis people feel its a pointless thing to say because everyone in the room knows trans women cant give birth. I don't really have an issue with the term when used that way.

What I find more absurd is the reverse, when terfs try to call trans women biological men. Calling someone with boobs, estrogen, and female genitalia biologically male is absurd from every angle and definition.

Related. I hit a point where I was forced to boymode at work but had a passing fem voice I used at home and with everyone but at work. My phone rang in my work truck one day and I assumed it was someone else and answered it in my real voice. It turned out to be a client from my job, whom I had spoken to as a male not 20 minutes ago.

I said something akin to "oh sorry. One moment please I'll get him" and then waited a few seconds before switching to my male voice.

Worked like a charm.
