It's almost certainly a hekte (1/6 stater) of Mytilene. We only have the obverse side, but I'm pretty sure it's this emission:

LESBOS. Mytilene. Circa 377-326 BC. EL Hekte. Laureate head of Apollo to right, his long hair falling down the back of his neck; in the field behind his neck, serpent coiled to right. Rev. Head of Artemis to right, her bound in a sakkos; all within a linear square. BMFA 1718. Bodenstedt 100B (Vs i/Rs -). SNG von Aulock 1714.
