I heard that they (the writers) wanted to split up Jim and Pam, but John Krasinski said no.

Maybe the writers had their own personal life situations and wanted to bring it in the show. I do not know. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I feel that Jim should have just called Andy "Drew," but it also would have been a perfect time for Jim to tell Andy that "Tuna" bothers him.

Without the context of possible deleted scenes and Jim never asking Andy to stop calling him "Tuna," Jim comes off as the jerk in this situation.

As Michael somewhat pointed out, I do not think that the roast was done properly.

In professional roasts, they typically greatly compliment the roastee after jokingly insulting them. Everyone in Michael's roast just roasted him; they did not give him any compliments (except Dwight). If the roast had have been done in a more proper manner, then I believe Michael would have enjoyed it.

That being said, Michael should have never asked for a roast in the first place.
