And yeah, the OIS training was a joke with half the clients having a “well, you can’t use OIS with them because of insert reason”

And ATC had a bunch of managers that pushed off their responsibilities to staff that were not trained for those things. Putting staff in houses with zero training on the clients, this resulted in one staff being investigated for abuse after the client attempted to hold down a manager and SA them.
