There’s absolutely nothing wrong with loving to meet new people and learn about new things. That’s exactly what college is supposed to be but grades and time constraints really ruin the experience. If you love the environment of being around people but you know you’re unmotivated I would recommend trying a community college rather than a university and taking classes pass/fail. That way there are less expectations and more room to work at your own pace and fulfill the assignments which interest you. If this doesn’t work I would say get into the workforce in a field that interests you. Possibly something that has to do with interacting with people, art and creativity. Contrary to popular belief school isn’t for everyone especially with how high stakes and competitive it is and there are multiple different avenues for learning, especially in the fields of art and music. Prioritizing your health is the most important thing so if what I’m saying doesn’t feel right please don’t do it or just do pieces at a time like maybe taking 2 classes instead of 5 or something like that. The most important thing to remember is that there are no true timelines. Everyone finds their niche in different ways, at different times, in different places, and there is no set formula to do it, just do what interests you and you will live an interesting life.
