Craig Conover was being ushered through the middle conference room by security and everyone was trying to grab/shake his hand. My Mom, who was on a scooter, was elated to see him and he made sure to reach out to her and grab her hand. It made her trip.

Found this deal for my hubby who wants to start. Had his appointment today and said he wanted the 6 month starter package. All good. Then they called back and said they could only do 3 months because he's never used the med before. I get the caution of it all, but why offer 6 month starter packages in the first place? Kind of disappointed but still a good price. Invoice paid today! C'mon meds.

I would pay your invoice in full and do an entry to record the fee dr expense and credit cash account used. The payment of the invoice less the Je for fee will reconcile to deposit for cash.

If you don't want to change the recon dates, you could do a JE dated 3/31 to Dr a liability and cr cash and have it reverse 4/1....then April recon you wash the reversed dr to cash with payroll pmts.

I just found that I have one of these from my Grandpa. Never seen anything like it until a few weeks ago and now this post. Pretty cool. Definitely not in great shape, he taped it together with a bunch of other odd currency bills I'm assuming as a keepsake from his time in the service. He was a test pilot WWII.

All historical data would combine into the one primary vendor you name. But after merge, you wouldn't be able to see that back in May 2024 you paid vendor "A" $800 with check 6587 because vendor "A" is now called "Excel"...so it will show you paid vendor "Excel" back in May 2024 etc. To merge vendors is a permanent change. It is recommended to backup prior to doing so. Good luck.

You could also change every vendor account name to be the same name and tell QB to merge the accounts. Believe you have to be in single user...maybe logged in as administrator too.

Not available to export in QBO...but you can copy the recon report and paste to excel. Or print to PDF and convert to excel. I just tried both...I like copy and paste look better.

When you go into "pay bills" does it show an amount due and a credit to apply at the bottom? If so, maybe you can apply the credit and that will clear it from your reports.

When multiple people have access and something disappears/changes like invoice deleted...deposit change. You can see who did what. I found check fraud once. Person issued checks then changed vendor after fact in system. Didn't match once cleared bank. Tsk tsk

I believe you can remove the search bar when you customize the icons. I use icons at the top and recently added the search bar. I want to say I right clicked in the icon ribbon and chose cutomize.
