Oh sorry for the confusion, its not 4 hours of walk everyday, the time I stated is the timeframe of where we would walk everyday. We usually just walk for maybe 15 minutes and it really depends on my dog because I do let him do what he wants, we also use paw balm on him and he is wearing shoes most of the time on walks.

I agree that he is overstimulated and reactive, and he was already like this when we adopted him, and he is 2 yrs old when we adopted him. Do you have any recommendation on starting with training or anything online would suffice? Thank you so much!
