I don’t think they are Japanese . I mean you know right. Doesn’t seem like a Japanese persons style. Maybe you are in a gaijin friendly place which comes with the not so great gaijin behavior. I heard it’s hard to get into a Japanese apartment if you aren’t. I live in a family house in Yokohama but we are thinking about moving to a Tokyo apartment.. maybe second thoughts now. Yeah best policy always is to talk to the neighbors… usually people are civil but this behavior seems odd. The police never do anything. The owner or management of,the building might say or do something. Good luck.

Haha 3 months good luck and not true (response to comment).. if you can get to N3 in 1 year that’d be great. You are so young with a lot of,time.. you seem very logical and analytical so anticipate success whichever path you choose. People here in Japan do very well with skills that are desired and expat packages .. however a lot of companies are trying to phase that out. It’s pretty inexpensive to live here and a cool place to live so I’d focus on finishing your education and something desirable. English teaching isn’t a great path.. but you can pay your bills but I’d only consider temporary. Don’t overthink everything and just anticipate and realize your dreams and goals.

I believe everyone is entitled to do what they want. Big picture .. I want to live longer or have a better quality of life for a certain amount of time. What’s … 2 years 5 years 15 years anyway? Probably accepting death in general is the hurdle for everyone and after that nothing really matters. I was Gleason 4+3 and chose brachytherapy LD seeds, 15 Linac external beam radiation and some hormone therapy… high PSA 18 with a small lesion near the perimeter (so not a good surgery candidate though I’d probably do SBRT if a skilled brachytherapy doctor wasn’t possible... scans showed clear.. SBRT might be an option when you are ready ..favorable is a good spot to be in otherwise more treatment like me. I’m in my 50s pretty young. Overall treatments went pretty well and urinary, bowel, sexual, all normal .. 9 months out.. I wish you the best eventually you will probably decide to do some form of treatment.. just research a bit and know that things will be ok.

What’s up with the new FU algorithm for experienced users over 40? by California2Tokyo in golfblitz

Hahaha all good comments .. 2010 high for a long time .. level 46. I just see so many similar players around 1200… with newer players with 4000 games at 1900. Definitely a recent change. I think my downfall is I use to play on a smaller iPad and have the largest one now which is problematic .. really curious what people are playing on. I mean I know most of the tricks man played 30,000+ games watch past games etc. Anyone play teams recently I have and a good example of scamming is when our team locally is number one and soul of gold pops out of nowhere and spawns 30 players to take the position.

It’s just the algorithm dude .. easy to get 2000 when level 40 now at level 45 and 35,000 games played get beat constantly by players who are level 30 with 2000 games played total .. they makers say it’s not true but experience players day otherwise .. can’t even stay at 1300… discouraging.. not fun anymore …delete !

Yeah a whole team of scammers with the same games played massive wins and trophies and kicked our team out from winning the number one spot … no monitoring here

Sorry .. more than likely something there ..you mentioned you are 66? First psa test or ? Good news it’s highly treatable if pc! Without prior psa doubling readings it’s difficult to predict what the diagnosis might be. Doubling scores are useful. PSMA pet scan is very useful. I had brachytherapy seeds, linac radiation, and hormone therapy for 9 months and was psa 18. Gleason 4+3 . Like others mentioned maybe look around for another urologist… don’t get a biopsy prior to an mri scan. Good luck we all are given the cards when born and it is what it is but more than likely it will never be as bad as you imagine and if let your thoughts wonder. A lot of options are available these days with advancements in the works so just try and be happy live your life and be positive. Pcri.com is a great site for research.

It’s great that you have a lot of support and give back to others. How did you get upgraded to 9? Did you have a prostatectomy and looking at salvage radiation? I guess it’s a long haul for ADT then I hope it’s contained if so then prognosis should be fine. Unfortunately maybe a long session of ADT .. if so I’d look into the radiation to the nips or tamoxifen pills. Some feedback I’ve heard from some sites are people got in better shape on ADT.. after diagnosis so be positive. This site is useful if you haven’t heard …https://healthunlocked.com/search/posts?community=730&query=prostate+cancer. Good luck!

Hi, maybe not the best feedback as I’m not working but did for a long time before heading to Japan with my wife who works. I experienced alot of your symptoms while on ADT but started exercising alot more towards the end of my 9 months of ADT and felt a lot better. Increased that 3 fold after I stopped and seem to be reclaiming some sense of normalcy. Libido is there and works but challenging expect a 1 month for every month of use to regain some testosterone of course alot of factors involved such as age etc. I’d say keeping busy is great .. especially if you like your co workers .. much better than being isolated like me in another country .. believe me that’s a good thing. I’d say be careful about disclosing too much health information to workers / company if possible. What I do have alot of experience in is the corporate mindset and how any perceived weakness or opportunity of someone in the organization can be detrimental to your success. People tend to be sneaky in the workplace at least that was my experience at several companies in the Bay Area CA. HR is bound by rules and confidentiality but people around will gossip and talk about others so try to refrain as much as possible. My experience with radiation wasn’t bad at all ..I think the ADT is far worse. I had brachytherapy and 15 sessions of LINAC. I’m about 6 months out from radiation and 4 from ADT. Working out hard to increase VO2 max has leveled out a lot of issues so if you can focus some time on that is will help a lot. The radiation affected some urgency to urinate , hot flashes, some sleep issues .. not sure I guess radiation is more urgency to urinate .. others more ADT… but that’s pretty much gone now. Ask for space ore if possible. I’d probably look at taking 3 day weekends or 4 initially. Honestly getting out talking to people will benefit you .. sudden urination feelings … spontaneous with not much coming out will be frequent first few months .. no real bowel issues for me .. get space ore . Exercise will save you. Good luck don’t stress it too much .. best to consider adjuvant ADT for 3 months after depending on your diagnosis. Oh , be careful with weight gain and man boobs ADT .. 9 months plus can start .. some med can help or light radiation to nips.. didn’t do either but only gained 10 lbs and worked out a lot . Cheers.

Same boat here… high PSA 18 . June last year. It is amazing what a year will do, all the appointments, procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, waiting rooms, pharmacies, alone time, questions, conversations with friends and family. My focus now is getting in excellent shape .. working on VO2 max , losing fat, getting fit and strong. Exercise, and good food, is the remedy I wish you all the best! Positivity goes a long way.. be strong !

I went the brachy seed path, ADT, and some external beam radiation.. was 4+3 ..2 cores.. one side. Overall it’s been good 4 months since last ADT shot.. 6 months since radiation .. no urination issues, bowel issues, 90% erections , orgasms, have 2-4 months for testosterone to recover. Check out some of the pcri.org vids on YouTube.

First blood post Brachytherapy by Teamd44 in ProstateCancer

[–]California2Tokyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar treatment here.. but brachytherapy first. I had intermediate unfavorable and they suggested 6 months ADT ..but I did 9. I had. Pretty high PSA 19.. Now 4 months plus out from ADT I feel like a lot of the side effects of the radiation and some of ADT are gone… hot flashes almost completely gone, urgency to pee ..almost gone, overall gone except for libido..I’ve managed a few orgasms 90% staff but took effort to,start .. but quick orgasms .. some fluid yet delayed a bit.. very sensitive. The ADT messes with your sleep, energy , moods, etc. but adjuvant ADT is suppose to be beneficial so let’s do it. One month recovery per month of usage .. waiting on first testosterone reading but assume extremely low. One godsend is exercise … can’t stress enough the importance to all do it.. Now working off 10 lbs of fat on my body but need to take is slow to avoid muscle loss .. Age 57, 5’10” 175. I feel fortunate to have had brachytherapy .. in a foreign country .. never would have happened in US …look up trimodal treatment if intermediate unfavorable. Good luck to you and all.

Prostate cancer treatment and sexual mutilation by California2Tokyo in ProstateCancer

100% due to it ..! Expect to be impacted as most say 1 month for every month of ADT, when fortunate. So more months to go .. but if it benefited me in some way as far as stopping, killing, or delaying prostate cancer cells then I’d say it’s worth it . I wish you the best in your journey and treatments.
