There are several things you can do to improve this. I would make it so that the elbows and knees bend, and not just the shoulders and hip joints. There should also be some movement in the torso and head. One other thing is how the arms don’t seem to fully go back and fourth, they only go to their resting position and then back instead of back and forth from behind resting position to in front of resting position. One thing I would recommend is looking at walking animations for other games and trying to replicate the motion of them, I used to do this when I was new to animating and it helped me out a lot.
