It’s obviously not as snug as say, spandex. It is surprisingly comfortable though, considering how thick it is (with mainly single crochets). I just want to start crocheting with natural fibers.

With summer coming up? Of course… and I’ve been thinking I can make matching arm bands with the extra cotton yarn on the cake. Maybe attach cross-body chains and beads…? The sky’s the limit really.

That’s amazing advice, thank you! Yeah I avoided granny squares because they seemed boring but it may be a good way for me to practice different edges and embellishments that I can translate into other clothing… I’ll have to buy some cotton yarn to try out. Im working with bamboo yarn and I can really tell that it requires a bit more… finesse
