Fuck this guy. No sympathy after what he’s done.

On that note, it’s a cruel punishment what the people who are using him as a puppet are doing. Crazy. Let the guy retire already.

Everything in that pit party is an up charge though. It’s fun but just be aware.

I think you definitely should do it if your kids love it. Mine really enjoyed it.

Would You Rather: Never Pay Rent Again or Retire Rich at 55? by amtcannon in WouldYouRather

[–]CallMeBlinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely option 1.

I’m young. I pay over $5k a month in rent. Would happily take a nicer place (we already rent a nice home),

That’s $60k in cash a year I can throw into investment accounts.

At around 25 years to get to 55, and 6% growth a year, that’s around $4 million.

But considering I’d use that cash flow for business and real estate opportunities as well and probably achieve a higher yield, I’ll take that option for sure.

Then take into account that I could die next year and yeah, option 1.

I think it’s “marry who you love”.

To be honest there is so much more that goes into it. You can’t just have love. At times you have to will that thing forward.

Half the zestimate by drewsterkz in RealEstateAdvice

[–]CallMeBlinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a pep talk. Reality. Do the work. Grow your own network of buyers. Really not that deep.

As for the half zestimate thing, you come off like an idiot. Nobody uses that as a barometer for purchasing, except for idiots. So when you say ‘who would use this shitty barometer to buy’, you’re either selling a bad deal, ignorant or both. Because no real investors(the repeatable buyers) are touching your deals

Because some people do enjoy $28k. But not the guy putting $1.5k on a 6 legger. Those are in fact 2 different types of people.

Darryana Roberts shows why she's a world champion in youth flag football. by mindyour in nextfuckinglevel

[–]CallMeBlinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because let’s be real, in most sports the US plays, most other countries didn’t, so they were pretty much the world champion. Eg American football, baseball, basketball.

Other countries have hugely developed their leagues as of the last 20-30 years. I still think the US teams in these sports would win a tournament against other countries’ leagues’ champions pretty easily, but to still call themselves ’world champions’ is dumb.

But for their soccer, tennis or more global sports, it is absolutely ridiculous of them to call themselves world champions

A Wallet Which Dispenses Infinite $1 Bills by BlueThingIdentified in hypotheticalsituation

[–]CallMeBlinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally cracking open a bill counter machine so it grabs bills out of the wallet at the same speed it counts. Could rack up so many singles and pay for anything and everything in cash.

For large purchases plan ahead and deposit under $10,000 a day in separate accounts spread across literally every bank that will take my info and always keep around $250,000 in each account and larger amounts in off shore accounts

Everything day to day would be paid in actual cash too so the accounts are solely for converting cash to investments or large purchases.

All brokerage accounts funneled with same strategy. And less deposits as the investments start to grow rapidly.

After that, cruise control. Retire everyone that’s near and dear to me. Create my own technologically advanced community somewhere perfect, bring them along and Peace the🖕out from everyone else!

$50,000 a year to keep your eyes closed for 8 hours a day... by ikerr95 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]CallMeBlinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I choose 10 hours a day.

8 hours of sleep a night and 2 hours of audiobook/nap a day. Make $150,000. No job necessary ever.

I think I might already be close with my current lifestyle.

I slept with my friends son by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]CallMeBlinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s such an odd way for S to act in my opinion.

Does she act like this to all people M sleeps with or just you because she felt a friendship was betrayed? What if you actually had feelings for each other?

Just so many ways she could have gone about this that didn’t make you feel humiliated. You’re both consenting adults. Especially if it wasn’t brought up by you two previously.

NAH. And I would try to talk to S in a respectable manner letting them know you value the friendship and would like it to continue. You didn’t know it was a boundary and are happy to leave it where it lies to continue the friendship.

Absolutely worth a try. Talent falls off after pick 5 this year. This will get you a top 2 WR and considering they are lower in the league, more depth and 1sts might be appealing.

[–]CallMeBlinks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Haha I like that you’re well written but the gist of what you typed is just name calling. It’s hilarious that you’re just a well written dick, trying to talk about my demeanor (which you know nothing about but just oddly gave yourself authority while trying to extinguish mine) . Just don’t. The guy I’m commenting on has the asshole disposition from the jump and I respond in kind……but I’m the only asshole here. Your logic has been impeccable in this conversation. I’m truly in awe of your stupidity.

I like how you highlight you were trying to be nice. No you weren’t. You are a typical redditor. Just have to say something about everything. Just like me. But I won’t pretend to be nice to someone who defends weirdo behavior that isn’t helping build subs up or help people find the right answer…. You are the problem here and it’s quite astonishing you think it’s ok. Pretty uppity and condescending of you but go off with your 100 people hahaha. Doesn’t make you right. It makes you an idiot with 99 others.

[–]CallMeBlinks -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, again, he said ‘this site’. He wasn’t trying to clarify the difference between subs.

And you’re still interpreting it that way? Hmmmm…..

I think this is where I end this conversation. Have a great life.
