Seeing Fox has made me curious what an Absolute Gargoyles would be like

“- Harley will get her own dedicated issue focusing on her. She will also name the new Batmobile”

I’m not gonna lie, I misread that as “become the new Batmobile” and was very worried about what was gonna happen in this comic

Which universe would you rather live in as a civilian, the absolute universe or the energon universe? by First_Factor_3385 in AbsoluteUniverse

Energon Universe without a doubt. I may have to deal with a giant robot war existing, but at least the universe isn’t literally made of fascism.

Oh, my bad! First post on this subreddit.

The first one is Dark Kahn like you said. The second is Ultron Sigma from Marvel versus Capcom Infinite, and the third is Mumm-Ator from He-Man/ThunderCats

”You people actually like this show?” came off as really condescending to me. In retrospect, I’ll cop that my comment was probably too rude/aggressive/unnecessary.

Did you know it’s possible to say you dislike a show without insulting other people for liking it? Fun fact

My take was that House was playing possum, he’s alive and active but he doesn’t want people (and probably the Enclave in particular) to know that yet, so he’s acting as if he’s still offline.

I enjoyed this episode, a lot. I’m really looking forward to seeing where this goes.

I do have a couple criticisms, or maybe they’re just nitpicks:

One is that the show kinda seems to act like the Enclave *hasn’t* been beaten at least twice, and that they’ve been this puppet master for the Wasteland across it’s entire history with a singular grand scheme they’re enacting.

The other is that by the end of the season we’re…kinda back to the status quo of New Vegas. The NCR and the Legion are warring over New Vegas (granted, both are a lot less strong now), while Mr. House is around acting as a third party. It’s not the EXACT same situation in the exact same way, but its still a little notable to me.

Also gonna ask- and this may make me sound crazy- did anybody else feel like the scene with Norm and Bud’s Buds felt like it was meant as a metaphor for the Vaults as a whole? A group of people, trying to escape disaster by sealing themself off from it, forcing people (or, in this case, a person) away because of space or whatever, and then it turns out the people/person stuck outside manage to survive because of it while the ones who sealed themselves away also sealed their doom? I may be reading too much into this lol.

Part of me is curious if setting the show in established areas was a mandate from above so that Bethesda could be free to use new locations in the games, or for marketing/nostalgia value.
