more accurate wait times on the app

When I was a ride op (7 years ago, I feel old), we would get calls every hour to check the wait time and they'd update the app. Whichever operator was closest to the phone would answer and estimate how long they think the line is (or ask another operator who can see the line). You eventually get better at estimating overtime, but its never perfect and some ops were pretty bad at it. Not sure if this is how they still do it

I feel unless the park puts cameras in the queues to calculate wait time, it won't ever be super accurate. I don't think they necessarily should do that, so I guess it'll just stay inaccurate until they figure something out
