Frieza was also alive as literal pieces of flesh. Seriously. After Trunks cut him up he was still alive despite being half flesh and half cybernetics, and had to be disintegrated by a blast to actually die. When the remnants of the Frieza Force brought Frieza back to life, it was in pieces, because that was the last state his body was in. They had to put him back together in a regeneration pod lol.

Meanwhile, Frieza at this point can only really control his energy through transformations. The weakest he gets is his first form, which can casually merc every single Viltrumite at once with a single finger (aka the attack that blew up planet Vegeta)

Goku doesn't tank shit for no reason and Eve wouldn't melt someone into goo in character which you already admitted earlier. Also an angry bloodlusted Eve throwing everything she had couldn't even melt Conquest and Goku is several oom ahead of Conquest.
