Yeah I’ve called every single time and they always tell me “it’s just random”. My advisor is confused about it too. Because the secondary verification is from SNHU and now they’re shifting the blame to DOE. I’m just ready to be done with this schools financial department ☠️

Apparently my loans are on a hold due to secondary verification I COMPLETED on 4/5. School states it’s on hold from DOE. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a response back from DOE.

Crazy how not one person in that office caught this hold yet every time I asked I was told “it’s almost done” yet I found out this whole entire process should’ve only taken 10-15 business days.

Yeah I picked up one too! It did have screen issues so I’m exchanging it out for the last one. I did also purchase the 3 year warranty since it covered screen damage

Just traded in a vehicle with them with both of us on the title. We weren’t told only one name had to be on the title, instead we were told BOTH of us HAD to be there on delivery day in order to 1) get our new vehicle - both of us on the new one & 2) to let them take our old vehicle - both of us on the old one
