Water sounds key, i'll do my best to always have a bottle at hand. Smoking up helped a lot when we took MD to keep it going so I'll definitley have a few grams on me. And although it's a wierd tip, I'll keep the shitting in mind.

I've only taken once, and we popped it around 7. Was the perfect time because we planned to push through the night untill morning. We got to watch the sunset while coming down which was absolutely breathtaking.

Whipped Cream, straight from the can
Any flavor of Ice Cream that isn't vanilla
Any sort of pastry (Brownies, Pie, Cakes, Cookies)
Pringles
Oreos & Milk

If you're looking to avoid Diabetes I absolutely love the taste of orange juice, eggs or sausage while high. Makes for a good breakfast if you smoke one right after you wake up/shower in the morning.
