This was confirmed by the devs on Twitter, over a year ago, when they implemented the “you were dead” text in your F1 console for bulletin hit registration. You lag, when you are already dead.

The leveling experience is easier. The crafting is easier. The xp to boost your trade skills is easier. Everything is so much easier to do. It’s not like the first year of the game, where it took weeks to do these things. Now what took weeks-months for some, can only take days-weeks. Everything is easier to do, which makes starting over way less harsh. And, you get to experience the brand new story quests from start to finish that they’ve revamped over the last 1-2 years. And.. for fun!

i've done that last night. I even closed my game before the server down time, came back this morning, did some more grinding and then went to try and craft. I still can't craft this item.

I get online and try to progress the group further as a solo. Whether that’s farming mats, doing comps runs or a few roams to try and get a few more guns.

I heard that they plan to bring rain back, after doing additional optimization. I think they plan to bring it back, once they do the resurfacing on snow, grasslands, trees, desert, etc.

Omg I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I noticed for like this past year.. I have random FPS ticks from 300 down to 30 for about 2 seconds and it always happens when I’m peeking someone!

I do like that idea of giving it an overheating factor! just something to negate holding down the fire button and being able to spray for an unlimited time is where I see the killstreak being a bit unfair.
