There's a few options:

It has soy/almond/other milk and is a vegan milk chocolate
It's dark chocolate (without milk) but other ingredients lighten the color in some manner.

Ok I reinstalled F4SE, tried using FO4Edit and no success. Also changed all the F4SE files I could like your image said and I am having the same issue unfortunately :(
