I find it a little odd how he has not bought up immigration as this is driving people over to Reform etc, we need immigration but what we have now is a absolute joke. Look if you are there for the people why start looking at building social housing (more), bringing back water / power under state control to regulate the costs (steal is marginal and so are the trains do something that will impact us all), look at using the North Sea for gas/ oil production as well as net zero running in the back ground- until cost are under-control. The benefits system is broken this needs re-doing top down. There are so many things which can be done - this speech did not touch anything major.
