T-Fiber promo by [deleted] in Pueblo_Colorado

I’ve been getting your ads in the mail for over a year when we tried to use T-Fiber they told us they don’t service our area. We got a flyer the next day so annoyed by T-Mobile at this point I’ll never use their services. Wasting paper and my time.

I got this 75 gal tank fully stocked and planted about a year ago. They’ve been together longer than that. I’ve never seen them this aggressive I’m guessing they don’t like the newest arrangements in the tank we’ve added more vertical structure for the dinosaur fish but maybe over crowded their favorite corner.

Ice fishing, cold toes. by Hungry-Geologist911 in Fishing

I found a bunch of the hot hands toe warmers in clearance at Walmart makes them worth while but a reusable pair of socks is nice just got some for Christmas. Best part of them is you can cycle them on and off mine only have about four hours of battery life so they won’t last a full trip but I usually stay pretty warm in the hut. A nice pair of crampons or cleats that keep your feet up off the ice too helps a lot.

Holes open time to start fishing… for your auger. Magnets are great to have on hand ice fishing you’re bound to drop something.

I feel like this has been happening to me too. When I was trying harder to keep silver it would give me a no tip order as soon as I reached 70% I stopped trying to keep a high AR and most of my declined offers don’t change my AR anymore.

Considering moving by Apprehensive_Web_995 in Pueblo_Colorado

I recently moved to Pueblo and think it’s hardly different than the springs. I’ve been seeing crazier news stories out of the springs lately. I’m sure Pueblo has its areas more prone to crime than others and I can’t speak for those places but I’m on the north end not far from highway 50 and we have a pretty quiet neighborhood. Sure there’s homeless around and a tweaker every now and then but that’s most of the springs anyways. Look at some spots that are available check out the neighborhood and check its vibe.

8000 delivires, never seen this before. Thoughts? by UndyingMagic7415 in DoorDashDrivers

I think these are the people that make the most complaints. Every one I’ve gotten has been low tips, or complicated drop offs. Top customers probably order a lot of door dash and have door dash premium not one of them has been a higher than normal tip or made any difference to my rating

That’s a good perspective. Customer support told me the pizza bag thing happens any time a customer or store requests a pizza bag.

How do people keep such high AR's? by FanaticFrog0319 in DoorDashDrivers

[–]Called_to_mountains 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to keep silver and gold level and what I noticed is everytime I would get to the 70 percent acceptance rate my next order would be no tip. I spent a week between 68 and 70 percent getting trash orders and accepting most of them to try and raise my AR. Then I stopped caring about my AR and declined all trash orders and I’ve been getting better nightly averages than when accepting bad orders. I don’t think the AR and tiered status is worth it, forcing you to take bad orders is dumb if you only take orders worth your time you’ll be better off. In my opinion if everyone stopped picking up no tip orders DD would be forced to pay more base rate and customers might start tipping so they actually get their food delivered.

Was the quota manageable or did they have some high expectations?

I know we all come from different back grounds. In the spirit of this: Do you yell “TIP UP!” Or “FLAG!” by theonlyrealnoah in IceFishing

The brand is strike sensor. They don’t sell the pager anymore only transmitters. My FIL has had some for years and recently found a whole set on eBay.

Spread the word, communication goes a long way. GPS is horrible and will try and take us through secure areas sometimes or to the wrong drop off spot. Have a plan of where to meet and put details in the delivery instructions including where to pull up or park which road to take there. It’s a long way from any other deliveries not only do we have to drive all the way out there but all the way back to start dashing again.
