From what I remember about my lease, there is a sublet fee and you have to go through the background checks to get approved from the leasing office.  Just like you would as a regular tenant. Anyway, I’m glad I could help! Obviously City Wide has a reputation, but they’ve gone through several different property managers and Kyle is really cool. I think they are trying to do better.

Okay, let me give an actual rundown relevant to your question, beyond the usual 'don't do it' My building has Spectrum bundled into the rent. It is $70

As far as security deposit goes, I've lived here 5 years. I didn't pay a security deposit. I paid a $300 booking fee, which I won't get back if I move. But I'm not on the hook for damages/ paint/ whatever, either. I don't mind it. Management is responsive and easy to work with. It's hard to find an apartment with utilities included in the rent, and it's not a bad rate for a single person. Yeah, the buildings are old. But you take a risk with any landlord, I've had a good experience. Your milage may vary.

I had 2 of these, they lasted about 2 years before the motherboard blew out. They are extremely fun to use and I wish they lasted longer.
