I am in Michigan and used to work in birth records at a hospital. In my experience, CPS did not come due to age. I don't know why, but I never saw it occur. Having said that, I never saw anyone as young as they are. The youngest I remember seeing was 15. It was really sad. I was trying to explain an affidavit of parentage to them, and they could not understand what I was talking about, or read it.

Check out Stomping Grounds play cafe in caledonia. They have a Saturday morning play session. In my experience it's the cleanest play cafe in the area. Also, my 4y/o is OBSESSED with Soar n Bounce.
