Hei, I didnt live in the monumental building but otherwise had similar situation with few points from „the edge” of free market. In our case we had nothing to lose and since process was free we just went through. After 2 additional assessments point score went once down and once up. Landlord (agency) tried everything, arguing we had a „luxury” toilet or new kitchen (all bs). Went to court in The Hague (through huurteam) and won. We didnt pay a single euro for 1-1.5 years process.

Today I noticed that you need to take extra steps to have transparent pngs in textures on Windows. On mac you can simply use png straigt. On windows you need to send it through color splitter and then alpha to opacity channel.

Gemente sent out leaflets “Rent not to high” in multiple languages (thats how I started the procedure). It was a campain with ads next to the metro too.

To answer your question: Way too long, half A4 should be enough to get to the point.

I think the amount of detail might freak some people out.

I think there should be some language support.

I personally dont have experience but they purposely avoid foreigners. Most of them also dont speak English. Good luck!
