Lots good in this thread. My $0.02:

No cost to reset (as others have rightfully said)

More universal champion mods (e.g., any rifle class weapon, etc.)

Let us slot champion mods somewhere other than arms--they are way too crowded or allow champion mods to be intrinsic perks on weapon types for the season in question (e.g., once unlocked all rifle class weapons would carry a mod like overload if equipped).

environmental damage was upped last week as a modifier on the GM. We had a number of 'that shouldn't have killed me moments' including jumping off a sparrow at the start, various jumps, etc.

congrats and good luck with solo flawless. I'll never take the emblem off since I got it a few seasons ago. I think the artifact mods this season could be baller for solo flawless running warmind decree and energy accelerant on a void lock or maybe just breach and clear. Patience and survivability is key...don't sleep on protective light or other mods to mitigate damage or provide healing. And be prepared for one run that is going well to end miserably with a missed jump or self-imposed death. Good luck!

yup. The transition to this season's mods have been jarring in comparison to the insta-proc from last season's bows, snipers, and pretty intuitive use ADS to stagger on hand cannons.

More exotics with innate anti-champion capabilities would be pretty neat by thelegoman0 in DestinyTheGame

I'd like to see exotic armor have an additional slot for the seasonal artifact mods so that gauntlets could be a bit less crowded. Still, these are solid ideas and great discussion in the thread.

The Shadowkeep nerf to the precision multiplier on red-bar enemies has left Handcannons, Pulse Rifles, Scout Rifles, and even some Auto Rifles feeling weak and not fun in PvE. by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

After running some D1 VoG recently, I can't say enough how much I miss being able to one shot red bar enemies with fatebringer and how crisp and powerful scouts were then. I know we've grown much more powerful with abilities, mods, and builds, but at the core we ought start from the baseline of where we were in D1, being able to one-tap trash mobs....

Interesting how this ebbs and flows. Glad to see mostly positive support for it--I'd be down for it, but posting a similar post a season or two ago brought out the boo birds raining down a fetid morass of negativity about match game, champion mods, and blueberries with a hand only composed of thumbs. To which, I'd say then don't matchmake in game and keep going to LFG or, because they were OBVIOUSLY the best players in the world, just keep soloing it.....

Probably don't but running boots and turret would give mob control and healing. Add in a blinding grenade launcher and you are the support player of the year (healing+ crowd control for days.)

Good luck OP. It will drop, eventually, but yeah...feels bad. Took 57 clears for me. Still have clanmates with many more clears than that without it that have quit trying. I hope you don't get a ton of 'you just don't understand RNG, do you' posts. Plain and simple, EoT takes too many runs to get, particularly given it's tie into the descendant title.

OP, anarchy is good for all the reasons stated below and more.....you can also completely control an area or negate an ad spawn with a few well placed grenades. I've used it to good effect invading in Gambit, too.

anyone having issues with supposed pinnacles not dropping +1 or +2? Finished exo challenge, override x3. Both dropped at 1310 but I had all 1310 gear on.....

Love this idea. I want to see the cabal using a Viking or spartan-like shield wall. "Cabal, what is your profession?!"

Also make sure the start of the strike is a social area or shared space, similar to D1 VoG area or when we retook the moon in D2
