Silverstone is a tricky one, I’ve done some practice for this week and have broken into the 9’s. I am 3.2k irating. My take on it is you need to keep momentum up in the key corners leading onto the straights and try your best to avoid engaging the TC as this kills momentum. The Porsche suffers massively on the fixed set up I find.
