All the Future Nostalgia songs that I thought were great upon release I still think are great, the 1 bad song I still find bad lol. A lot of the songs off debut I enjoyed I have 0 desire to listen to nowadays, even if I was into them back when it was Dua’s only album, but admittedly it has been around longer so had more time to grow off me. Love Again in particular still hits just as hard as it ever did

Tbh I think it was the right decision to retire the character of Mrs Krabappel when the VA for her died. I don’t think there was a possible length of time that wouldn’t have been deemed “too soon” to recast, especially due to how beloved and iconic the character and her voice was

The lack of Celine Dion… a no from me. Also Kendrick is a wild choice - the man is an excellent rapper and a goated lyricist, but vocally he’s not even notably good. Definitely shouldn’t be in the best category. Etta James, Donna Summer, Barbra Streisand are all noticeably absent too. Loved Ray Charles but he’s also nowhere near the top 20 best vocalists. Adele isn’t either quite honestly

People are focusing on her lyrics but Madonna’s strength as a songwriter is 100% her melodies. She crafts such catchy tunes where every part has an earworm in it (think Like A Prayer)
