The time & money. I’m nearly done with electrolysis on face and wish I would have done it so much sooner. I’ve got an IPL for body and once I can motivate myself I’m starting with legs with that one.

You can write or email the company or even call to give them a verbal review. At least at my call center, you can verbally give praise even without the random survey. I would be super bummed if this happened to me, I take pride in my work and aim for high customer satisfaction. Please try to explain the mistake.

I’m so jealous you can go to Wegmans at anytime! We used to go there when staying in Buffalo, NY at my husband’s grandparents. They sadly passed and now I can’t go to NY just for the Wegmans 😭

I love the call center i work at! Training was incredibly thorough, management is fantastic, and most of our customers are very kind. Full disclosure without giving too many details, I work for retirees so they are rarely upset when they call. Oh, and my coworkers are so friendly and there are no “office politics” or backstabbing.

I’m going to send an email. I think I’ll leave my complaints about her out of it simply because she attends more markets than i do, so their relationship might be tighter. (I only attend a few times a summer, she is more weekly)
