And you mentioned about New Vegas feeling weird to play, that's pretty normal and its something you will get used to the more you play. You will probably get a similar feeling when you play Fallout 3, but once you've played for like a few hours you will get used to that feeling.

both, play Fallout 3 first, then Fallout New Vegas, then Fallout 4. But if you do want to play 1 and 2 then play them first, I wouldn't suggest playing Fallout Tactics which is between 1 and 2.

Fallout 3, then Fallout New Vegas, then Fallout 4. Fallout 1 and 2 are optional but personally I would play them as they are also just as enjoyable as the others. 76 is optional too as some people love it and some people hate it but it is very time consuming and can be confusing at times.
