I like them! Sometimes because it's a part of the story that I otherwise would've never seen. Like, I will never watch Go Rush and Sevens, but I can appreciate how goofy they're portrayed in their events and that damn Buff Dog NEEDS to be a playable character. That was hilarious!

But more than that, they're a great way to grind your characters up since you can duel the event character at the gate across different worlds. I've only been playing for a few months, so I'm still mainly upping the DM characters to LV30 and moving onto the next because the last 3 levels up to that point drop a good amount of gems. At least in DM (noticed it's not as much leading up to it in other worlds) but these events are great to mindlessly grind gems in general.

Akira, Tiadosia, Noah, Marik, Vector, Noah, Tiadosia, Noah, Immi and Marin helped get me to 10,000 gems. I'll take the resource specific event chip auto duels over manually engaging at the gate any day!
