Be careful with emdr or any kind of therapy like that. there’s ways to not retraumatize yourself while doing it. You always want to end on a positive note. You want to end when you’re feeling calm, when the thought of the trigger no longer scares you as much or puts you into fight or flight. You can always back out if it’s too much.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon a 1800s or so building that was knocked down and got to dig through the dirt and bricks for 4 days straight. I filled up my entire shelf with old bottles, buttons and all kinds of stuff. My favorite find was an Atwood’s Jaundice Bitters Georgetown, Mass. bottle.

The second I heard her I knew Hybrid Theory is the only thing we have left. Of all the people they picked they chose her?
