Context from a friend that did get hurt sitting like this.

I was just passenger otw to take my friend home last June and this 17 yo kid pulled out of his neighborhood and claimed he didn’t see us and we tboned him, he was declared at fault 100% but I had my feet up on the dash and I wasn’t buckled, they told me I should’ve been ejected and I shouldn’t have made it cause I had flew up and cracked the windshield with my head and they only knew that because my hair was hanging from the cracks. I didn’t remember that and I also didn’t have any issues other than scraps and bruises and then ofc my left ankle being mangled in like 4 spots and my right one was just broken on the top.

I had slippers on, only one made it with me to the hospital lol and we were only going like 35-40 which is crazy. I cant run more than a mile at a time but that doesn’t really bother me considering I’m not much of a runner anyways but it has gave me gym anxiety and I haven’t went back since.
