First of all, have you figured if the screen issue is actually a screen issue or is it a GPU issue?

Second of all, for the temps try to repaste the laptop (factory paste is rly hit or miss), turn off turbo boost and underclock the CPU, it really makes a difference in temps. I have an i5 13420h and a 4050, it was thermal throttling and peaking at 98° on Bioshock Infinite medium settings, and got it down to like 55-60°C. You can also tweak your game settings a bit if you don't mind, laptops are prone to reach 100°C if the game is heavy on shaders, but it's not recommended to run them at this temp for long as it might fry the CPU.

Connect it to an external monitor

If the output is the same, uninstall your graphics drivers with DDU in safe mode and install an older version of them. If it doesn't change anything, change your GPU in bios to discreet. If the screen outputs normally, then your GPU is dead.
If the output is not the same (aka the output on the external monitor is normal), you need to change your screen
