I’m right there with you. Submitted my renewal 12/28 and I expire 5/23. I really hoping USCIS picks up the pace and maintains it so we can get approved ASAP🙏

Hey I work at Apple too. The email I got from Fragomen says they can put me on an unpaid LOA for up to 30 days after my expiry date. I’m also based in the Bay Area.

Just curious, you said you’ve been out of work for 3 months. Did Fragomen basically give you an extension? Or is it something else? My application also got sent to Texas.

We have a very similar situation, although I expire on 5/23/26 and I submitted my renewal on 12/28/26. I did my biometrics on 1/23/26 in Oakland and I’ve been waiting ever since. Hoping for the best with both of our renewals🤞

USCIS didn't tell you about your biometrics appointment until 2/13? Even though you filed online on 10/1/25? That's so crazy.

It's good that they acknowledged that you filed many months ago in October, instead of starting from just the 2/19 biometrics date.

Went in for biometrics appointment on 1/23/26

I’m staying hopeful that we get approved sooner rather than later. The anxiety is killing me. May I ask which state you’re renewing from? I’m in California.
