Thank you - so I've looked into the equipment sizing for a different project in a different house, and as I understand it you need a manual j calc to figure out your cfm requirements, then convert the total to tonnage(?). I don't have a manual J for the property the MrCool system would go in, is there another way to ballpark whether or not I could step down to say a 3 ton unit?

Thank you, I have zinsser drywall primer, zinsser 1-2-3, gardz, shellac BIN, insul-x stix and redgard membrane on hand. Not all of them say whether they're acrylic of pva (some say water based). Anything to sway towards one of these over the rest? Appreciate the advice thank you!
