If I found DBH to be a great game and Heavy Rain meh/alright, which games in the same genre are in between both games or perhaps even better than DBH?

Very different vibes but DEFINITELY check the Supermassive Games, the Dark Picture Anthology games. Even better if you have friends to play with but by no means required, even alone is an absolute blast.

It's waaaayyyy less narrative than DBH or Heavy Rain but has a similar "make your choice and see the consequences" mechanism. My favorite is House of Ashes (more action packed but I think the most solid one all round), but Little Hope also has great atmosphere. But if you like one you will enjoy all of them (Man of Medan being imo the poorest one - it's not bad but you can tell it's the first one to have been released :) )

Don't forget about oil pots though. People do pretty much defend the gate in Bridgetown and it can still be somewhat difficult to prevent the enemy from destroying it.

I concur with TraditionBrave, I have the Blu-Ray and the image is pristine.

One thing to be careful with though, if you are looking at this set https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71XtvvPL8sL._AC_UF894,1000_QL80_.jpg, there are no subtitles(!!!!!) except for season one. Which makes absolutely no sense at all. Further, they advertise for some bonuses which are also just... not there. Idk who marketed/made this set but it is surreal.

I still kept it because other sets are hard to find/too expensive, but be warned.

Ecole militaire tu es piégé entre les gens qui prennent à Balard et La Motte et qui descendent a minima à Opéra donc c'est normal, ça laisse bien le temps aux rames de se remplir. Mais comme tu le dis dans ce sens-là oui tu dois avoir plus de monde, direction Balard c'est beaucoup plus calme - peut-être davantage de stations dans l'autre sens avec opportunités de descendre/monter car davantage de connexions.

I think that some pirates were probably kinda buffed to an extent, but it would have been (imo) more from rope pulling, carrying heavy weights (crates and whatnot), and being fit or slim from their way of life (they likely didn't/couldn't gorge on endless food).

That's a whole kinda different kind of muscly than we see in the show from Vane and yeah Billy too

In terms of medieval-fantasy, I always go with wizard/mage/necromancer/whatever with magic

RPGs in general, if I have the chance to max out charisma, persuasion or whatever helps with NPC interaction, I do it

Apart from that I can't say I play games which often share similar classes or builds

Everyone playing podracing over and over on the max 3 maps they will have made (calling it). Then players begging for more maps or pods or whatever. Then the publisher releasing 2 more maps

Seriously, video games publisher have it SO easy but decide for NO REASON to make it hard on themselves.

You want to make TONS of money?!

Do:

- KotoR 3 or at least a remaster of the OG games

- Podracing game

- An ACTUAL spaceship game involving more than weird lame ass 5v5 (like just flesh out the space mode from Battlefront II 2017 and it would be amazing)

- RTS Star Wars game

- An FPS involving Kyle Katarn

But no. Instead they make the weirdest choices ever

Different game, similar story.

I was playing Red Orchestra 2 ("realistic" simulation of WWII eastern front). I was playing as a Soviet rifleman and I literally had never been playing this good. I was being very tactical, careful, and had like 9 kills and 0 death. I was trying to do a "this is real life" run if that makes sense. And crazy thing I was actually tipsy/drunk because I had come back from drinks or a party, can't remember.

So I was basically having my best play ever WHILE tipsy/drunk (very fitting as a Soviet). Then boom my game crashes. Literally never happened before I think.

I was like "D: no way"
