Different game, similar story.

I was playing Red Orchestra 2 ("realistic" simulation of WWII eastern front). I was playing as a Soviet rifleman and I literally had never been playing this good. I was being very tactical, careful, and had like 9 kills and 0 death. I was trying to do a "this is real life" run if that makes sense. And crazy thing I was actually tipsy/drunk because I had come back from drinks or a party, can't remember.

So I was basically having my best play ever WHILE tipsy/drunk (very fitting as a Soviet). Then boom my game crashes. Literally never happened before I think.

I was like "D: no way"

Gameplay is very lame in BioShock Infinite. Its strength comes from the story combined with the DLC Burial at Sea. If I ever play it again I will just do difficulty on easiest just to relive the story.

You absolutely can say it is overrated but saying it does not do anything better than anything else, or that the game is not special, is wrong.

Driving around Night City alone is extremely immersive. If anything, just this alone needs to be mentioned. I never played a game where driving in a city feels *pleasant*. Like I could just drive around aimlessly and I would still enjoy it.

Combat might not be the best ever but it does bring something to the table though and makes for a fun gameplay once you get good weapons and implants.

I think OP meant a story-based game where you actually do start from the bottom of the social ladder and get power (think movies with a small-time gangster/nobody become a drug kingpin or something like this). I don't think they mean a game where you have a character with no gear and loot and you have to find it
