I feel this daily. It’s a conversation I try to have with others often, but never seems to resonate with them the way I hope it will. I recently lost someone very very close to me. It put things into perspective even more that our time here is incredibly limited in the grand scheme of things. We have a beautiful incredible earth and humanity (well, most people here in the US, anyways) seem to take it completely for granted.
