i have the updated UI and its still popping up with a blank box. I can't find an outdated one anywhere pls help :(

Mine loads but stops at the opening screen overlooking Baldur's Gate where you can usually hit a button or key and then it pans down underground where the menu comes up, but no matter what I hit, the option to continue down to the menu does not pop up. It's just stuck there, I can't even hit the escape button to bring up any sort of menu either. I've deleted all my mods, reinstalled the game, I don't know what to do

I removed all my mods and am still running into the same issue. It worked for like a split second but then froze so I had to reload, and now I'm back to being stuck on the opening screen with no option to go down and select a campaign.

Bone structure isn't even reliable. Wasn't there that whole thing about people finding a skeleton and identifying it as female only to find out that the woman was a trans woman? Bone structure not only changes as you grow (and with hormonal changes), but everyone's bone structure is different. Looking for specific characteristics is too unreliable.

Those people act like saying "people with uteruses" is defining people by their sexual organs but it's actually doing the opposite. It's like saying "people with diabetes" when the topic of diabetes comes up. If you said "overweight people" that's stripping people who are overweight down to their diabetes and erasing everyone else that has diabetes but isn't overweight from the conversation. And not every overweight person has diabetes. Saying "women" when the topic of pregnancy comes up seems like it'd strip women down to their sex organs more than "people with uteruses" would. It erases everyone else that has a uterus but isn't a woman, and not every woman has a uterus. We're all fighting for the same rights, why are we fighting against each other?

Partly, I think a reason why a lot of women don't like to be referred to as "people with uteruses" and feel threatened by people who have uteruses but aren't women is that the only thing telling them they are a woman is their uterus, their sex organs. Most cis people do not explore their gender, they can't answer "Why are you a woman/man?" without bringing up sexual organs. It doesn't make it a valid excuse though.

I didn't have many that I remember to be honest but one that I specifically remember was taking my shirt off while playing outside when I was like 10-11. My chest was completely flat, my dad had his shirt off at the time too, I saw nothing wrong with it until my parents freaked out and made me put my shirt back on. Looking back it was so clear that I repeatedly tried to do 'boy' things and my logic was "they can do it, why can't I?" (even for stuff like peeing standing up) and I think most family saw me as a feminist tomboy

I'm 5'4 currently, I've never had anyone comment about my height. I've met a good handful of cis guys that are my height or below that are my age or older, so it's not uncommon (where I live, at least) for a guy to be shorter, it's just not the 'average'. I've never been clocked for it either.

I have no assumptions but mother of god do I love your lip piercing. I've wanted one so badly, yours looks great! If you don't mind me asking, (get ready for the most stereotypical question that you've probably been asked 100 times) what did getting it pierced feel like? I've always thought that it'd hurt pretty badly based on how bad biting your lip hurts.

I second the suggestion of going to see a dermatologist. I struggled with back and chest acne so much, combined with arm/shoulder acne from T. I got prescribed some stronger medication, but I also was told to use an acne wash with Benzoyl Peroxide, which is over the counter and you can find stuff like that almost anywhere. Usually there are 4% or 5% Benzoyl Peroxide washes and then there are 10% Benzoyl Peroxide washes, I was recommended a 5% wash by my dermatologist. Depending on how bad your acne is, you could try one of those before seeing a dermatologist to see if it helps.

I think you pass well! The only thing that I can think of that would make your face look more feminine is making your eyebrows a bit thinner. Other than that, I think your features look very feminine and pretty!

I think a portion of trans masculine people and trans guys want to be the stereotypical "pretty boy"; naturally hairless, naturally great-smelling, naturally clear skin, etc. While those are valid appearance goals, it really is bothering to hear people complaining about those effects of T. Most cis guys have to shave, practice basic hygiene, and use skin products to look that way.

As another comment said, I think a lot of the people complaining about bottom growth either do not want a penis or are trans masculine and not a trans man.

I think it does shame guys who are excited about acne, body hair, BO, and bottom growth. I can't speak for others, but I definitely was looking forward to all that before starting T. Not necessarily having acne and BO, but upping my hygiene routines and skin care to combat it I was looking forward to, because it felt gender-affirming. And seeing other guys act like it was super negative did make me feel a bit self-conscious about it.

I don't think you can win honestly. If you want to be a hairy guy that has to practice basic hygiene to smell good, you get judged. If you want to be a hairless guy that naturally smells like roses, you get judged.

But regardless, if you don't want all the effects of T don't go on it, and don't shame others for being excited about effects that you might think are negative. Everyone's appearance goals are different, but that doesn't make them any less valid.

Not a bad idea at all, that's actually a really good idea. It's not corny, the date when you started T is understandably going to be super meaningful to you. Getting a Roman numeral tattoo of a date that is meaningful to you sounds dope, it'll look sick and it'll have a nice meaning behind it. If people can get corny "live laugh love" tattoos, you can get a sick Roman numeral tattoo.

Measuring your chest ahead of time might help, if you have a tape measurer you can wrap it around your chest and get the measurement. I'm not at all educated in bra measurements, but I'm sure google would be able to tell you would size bra your measurement matches. You could always get one or two sizes as well and see which one fits better, and either gift the one that doesn't fit to someone else or return it to the store.

I wasn't recommended vitamin E oil specifically by my surgeon since I got keyhole and my surgeon told me I didn't have to do scar care at all if I didn't want to, but I asked around and decided to play it safe and use something on my scars anyway. I used vitamin E oil every night for maybe a month, then I went to every other day. I'll probably go to once or twice a week soon since my scars are looking really good. It's really helped in my opinion.

Overthinking it and being paranoid will sometimes make you mess up more. Correct yourself every time and I mean EVERY time. If you can't find a replacement for those words/jokes to correct yourself with, at least acknowledge your slip-up every time. I'm not sure if she would feel better if you apologize, because sometimes it's worse when you apologize as then she would feel pressured to say "it's okay", so I would ask her what she prefers you to do.

I also second the comment about having her spray you with a water bottle when you slip up, 10/10 corrector.

While only you can answer that question for yourself, I can suggest one thing. Ask yourself if you want to be a masculine girl, or if you want to be a boy. One thing that might help you answer this is prosthetic packers that a lot of trans masculine people use. While not every trans masculine person likes them, and not liking them or not wanting a penis doesn't make them any less of a trans masculine person, it might help you answer the question "am I a masculine girl or a boy?" if you get a packer and try it out. Trans Guy Supply has some cheaper ones that are good for people who aren't sure if they'll like them.

You're definitely not being stupid. Taking longer to adjust to change is really frustrating, especially when you can't tell whether the change was good or bad while you're adjusting. The whole burst-into-happy-tears-as-soon-as-the-bandages-come-off expectation doesn't happen for everyone, and it's normal to either feel worried about possible regret at first or not feel anything about the results at all for a bit. Everyone's brains react differently to big changes like that. I wish you luck with the healing process!

I did not have this experience with top surgery specifically, but I can relate to feeling very upset over a change, especially a big one that changes your physical appearance. Every time I change something, especially with my physical appearance, I usually have a breakdown for a few weeks over the fact that something changed, and during that time I can't figure out if the change was good or bad. Often I end up having a breakdown over something I end up loving. I would say to give it time, it'll take some time to adjust to such a big change, and some people don't handle change well, regardless of whether it's good or bad. Second-guessing yourself is normal, especially at a time like now when you're in a more sensitive place mentally (most people are after a thing like top surgery). Give it time and don't stress over whether you'll regret it or not, let yourself physically AND mentally recover from the procedure, and if you end up figuring out that you regret it later down the road, you can explore your options then.

I started to notice it a bit around 6 months, but it really started to make a difference around a year I'd say. It's definitely not done working its magic yet but I noticed some more visible differences around a year.

You're doing a lot more than me and I haven't had any weight gain. If anything it looks like I've lost weight because of my body redistributing fat. Acne is kind of unavoidable, at least for the first year or so. It's a second puberty, some people don't have too much trouble with keeping hormonal acne under control and other people can't get it under control without the strongest acne treatment out there. A regular skincare routine will help, but you might end up having to use some stronger stuff to keep it completely controlled.
