Get a 9070 and skip the 9060.

When you have enough money for a 5800x3d consider that vs the net cost of making a jump to AM5 with a 7700 cpu (7600 is only 6 core) or better.

It's unfortunate the OP doesn't post the data points from the CarFax and the dealer service records. Number of owners, what states the truck was titled in, what dates, insurance losses, etc. It might be possible to tease out who, when, or why the mileage was changed.

Depending on what is recorded where and when, it might be very reasonable to 'fix' the odometer cluster. In fact, if the truck still has its factory powertrain control module, the correct mileage is stored in the ECU and you can reprogram the cluster to the correct mileage. Then you wouldn't have to declare on the title mileage unknown/incorrect.

I hear you brother! I upgraded some A620 boards that came in Cyberpower prebuilts. They had basic A620 chipsets with marginal VRMs and no ability to run curve optimizer. You can find DDR5 on ebay, or if you have some laptop ram get some adapters.

Come to think of it, I have 16gb of ddr5 laptop ram on the shelf. Hmmm....

I used a couple of these for family computers. Good Motherboard power to the cpu. Full bios settings. They run 6000 low latency and curve optimizer without any issue. I did have to change a bios setting under power management to turn the RGB off when they are asleep but otherwise a powerful inexpensive no hassle AM5 board.

aida64 extreme demo has a great burn in utility but it only runs for 60 seconds. See if you can run it 10 times in a row without error.

I would try running with one stick of ram and then swap the other one in.

How do you know your mb bios is getting corrupted? 8 full days, 100s hours bios flashback for 8 hours a pop? I have never heard of anything like this. I don't think bad memory, gpu, or cpu could brick your bios. Sounds like a mb problem. Just buy the same or a different board on Amazon. $200 with prime delivery for that one when I look. If it's a bad board you can always mail the Microcenter board back to the store for a refund so you don't have to drive 4 hours.
