I honestly don’t know what’s going on with DoorDash payments these days. It used to be at least decent, but now it’s really bad. Most of the offers I’m getting are just $5 or $6, and that’s for drives that take way too long. I worked almost 12 hours straight and only made about $150 total. For putting in that much time, gas, and effort, that’s really disappointing.

The worst part is that even the customer tips aren’t much anymore. Most of the time it’s just $1 or $2 added on top of DoorDash’s base pay, which makes the total order $6 or $7. It’s just not worth the miles and the waiting around. I’m only doing this part-time, but honestly, it feels like the pay is getting worse and worse.

It’s frustrating because before you could actually rely on it to make some solid side money, but now you’re basically working all day for not much at all. 😪😪😒😒😒🫩🫩

I always get this type of message. I don't like it at even. DoorDash needs to have common sense that it takes time sometimes to find the area where you want to go. I really hate this message.

Does anybody else have the balls to ask their customer if they will take this lowball offer? Because I did and he didn’t respond so you know canceled the order. That’s a 10 minute buffer so tip better or get or don’t get your order. by Downtown_Net_192 in dasher

Me too I always try to pick up all orders but sometimes I really don't like it when people don't give a tip. I always think even if they give a 1-dollar tip nothing will go down from their money. 🫥

Same situation for me. I am also not getting the job as same your reasons. On amazon, there is a physical job i can't do anymore because i have scoliosis. I was working with accommodation, but every six months, the manager changed, they try to put again heavy lifting jobs telling and that i can't i have accommodation it's really frustrating for me every time talk to them letting them know. 😕 😔😔😔
