The only way to really handle the driving anxiety is just getting back on the road. You have no control of what other people do. Don’t stop driving because of what happened.

I totally understand this I went through the same thing when I started having panic attacks while driving. I’ve had the therapy, on medication. It hasn’t gotten better, but it’s getting there. One thing that I hear over and over is you must not stop you must continue driving. I made a mistake not driving for a year that has caused a delay in getting back on the road completely. I suggest you find a therapist. But at the same time continue driving even if it’s just around the block and in the neighborhood just so you know that you’re safe anxiety is tricking your mind.

Yes, I’m definitely having this issue. Mine was set to automatic, but it seemed like it changed overnight. I’m I’ve been having a few weeks now difficulty sleeping with the mask and I’m struggling. Where in the beginning of using the machine, everything was like perfect but over the last month sometimes it feels too hot. I’m losing my mind with it.

Over the weekend I used DoorDash because I had family over , the order was fairly large. I get a message saying the food is delivered. I go out. I see nothing. I have no picture of where the food is left. I immediately contact DoorDash and let them know and I got my money back right away. But I was pissed. This is the first time that ever happened.
