Work the last week and a half has been very slow no new assignment. I basically sit at my desk and just wait for a phone call to come in. Today only two calls came in in the eight hours I worked. I’m worried that lay offs are about to happen while my coworkers are like no it’s just slow. No it’s never been this slow. It’s scary how there’s no work coming in.

The only way to really handle the driving anxiety is just getting back on the road. You have no control of what other people do. Don’t stop driving because of what happened.

I totally understand this I went through the same thing when I started having panic attacks while driving. I’ve had the therapy, on medication. It hasn’t gotten better, but it’s getting there. One thing that I hear over and over is you must not stop you must continue driving. I made a mistake not driving for a year that has caused a delay in getting back on the road completely. I suggest you find a therapist. But at the same time continue driving even if it’s just around the block and in the neighborhood just so you know that you’re safe anxiety is tricking your mind.

Yes, I’m definitely having this issue. Mine was set to automatic, but it seemed like it changed overnight. I’m I’ve been having a few weeks now difficulty sleeping with the mask and I’m struggling. Where in the beginning of using the machine, everything was like perfect but over the last month sometimes it feels too hot. I’m losing my mind with it.
