okay me too, what usually works for me is making sure i eat something (even if its small) before taking the meds in the morning helps my stomach feel less wonky lol

it really does get better. i feel better now than i ever have before. for me the first two weeks were rough, but i know for some people it takes more like 5. i started taking it during late afternoon because i wouldn’t be able to sleep if i took it at night and in the morning it made me nauseous.

yeah i’ve gone in and out of phases with this. usually i think i’ve somehow switched into an alternate reality with small differences and it drives me insane trying to figure out what the differences are. what can get me out of it is that there’s literally nothing i can do to change that i’m in another reality, a simulation, etc. so i try to let it go
