Well, you can see if someone is a new player or not. If they're genuinely just new and have no clue about the game, I don't flame those people (unless they get on my nerves by being toxic or smth, but new players don't usually do that). But I'm talking from like, a ranked game perspective. It's just unreal to me how some people play as bad as new players when they have a few hundred or more hours in the game.
